Eligibility for Returns

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or choose an alternative product of equal value.

Cancellation Policy

 When can I cancel my order?

Within 2 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped — whichever is earlier.

Most orders move to dispatch quickly. Once shipped, cancellation isn't possible; you can still request a return (where eligible) after delivery.

• Just placed: You can cancel from your order page or by emailing us (see below).
• Packed / Out for shipment: Cancellation is no longer possible; consider a return after delivery (eligibility applies).

Order changes & address edits

Address changes, item quantity edits, or variant swaps can be requested only before dispatch. If the order is already shipped, we can't modify it.

If your requested change is not possible, you may cancel (if still within the allowed window) and place a new order.

Refunds for cancelled orders

• Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method after cancellation confirmation.
• COD orders: Refunded via a secure payout link or bank transfer (we'll contact you).
• Shipping fees & COD charges: Non-refundable once the order is dispatched, except where cancellation is due to our error.

Partial cancellations

Partial cancellations are allowed only if the order consists of multiple items and all items are individually cancellable. Bundled items or promotional packs usually cannot be partially cancelled.

Cancellation of promotional purchases

Orders placed during special promotions, flash sales, or with applied coupon codes may have restrictions. Cancellations are processed only according to the promotional terms.

Orders with multiple shipments

If an order is shipped in multiple consignments, cancellations apply to items not yet dispatched. Shipped items cannot be cancelled but can be returned if eligible.

Bulk or business orders

Bulk or corporate orders may have customized cancellation timelines. Please contact our business support team for queries regarding large orders.

Cancellation by the User

When can the User cancel an order?

The User can cancel an order after it has been placed through the Platform and before the order has been dispatched by the seller.

Refunds

How will the User get the refund?

If the User has made payment before cancellation of the order, the money paid by the User shall be refunded.

The refund will be credited to the same source of payment (such as bank accounts, UPI, etc.) from which payment was received.

If the User has chosen any other method, such as wallets, the amount will be credited to the same source as well.

The User will receive a refund of the entire amount paid. In case of any discrepancies regarding receipt of the refund amount, Maquillage wellness may request additional information, such as a bank statement or other relevant document, to verify the transaction.

When will the User get the refund?

The refund processing timelines begin once the product is received by Maquillage Wellness or when the seller notifies Wellness wellness of the receipt of the product.

Note: Refund timelines depend on the payment provider or bank. Maquillage Wellness will notify the User once the refund is initiated.
